In this episode, we talk with the incredible Bret Teegarden. Bret is a Nashville based engineer and found of Teegarden Audio, maker of world-class PreAmps, DIs, mics, and more. We have a very lively chat about gear and studio equipment.
We have many of Bret's great pieces of gear in our studio and we couldn't be happier with how great they are to use, and how amazing everything sounds through them.
Bret, originally a session bass player (whose first gig in the studio was playing on one of my dad's records), first made his mark with the renowned Tube DI, the Fatboy. We have one, and it is one of my favorite things to plug my basses into.
